On the vast beaches of Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost Emirate and the target of a major local initiative to promote tourism investment, OHD is constructing a destination on 50 kilometers of beachfront.

The development includes a 4-star hotel with 196 rooms managed by Rotana, seaside chalets, and residential apartments. An expressway will shorten the commute to Dubai to 40 minutes or less, allowing easy access to what has readily been described as the "Singapore" of the Middle East.
